Refund policy
Returns
For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns or exchanges on underwear and bodysuits.
If you wish to return or exchange any unworn and unwashed merchandise, please notify us via email: hello@effenberger-couture.com and send back within 14 days of receipt. We reserve the right to reject returns if they are not in their original, resaleable condition. This includes the presence of any stains or body odour, so we recommend trying on items only when fully clean.
Please include a copy of your order confirmation inside the package for returns outside of EU, and mark the customs label as "Returned Goods".
The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, we would recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received the goods.
If the return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for your refund to be processed.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund yet, please contact your bank or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
